Jim, in a last ditch effort to earn money for Christmas gifts for his five kids, lands his twins in a role in a movie opposite Steve Guttenberg (played by himself). When Cheryl learns the plot Jim has devised, she's against it. Jim and Andy go behind her back to use the twins anyway, but then the director cuts their hair to make them look more alike. When Cheryl finds out what's happened, Jim learns a lesson about the true spirit of Christmas.
