The 4400 (2004) - 3x03 - Being Tom Baldwin

All NTAC employees are now required to attend therapy sessions. Tom reveals to his counselor that lately he is only happy when Alana takes him into a alternate/dream world. Tom is later arrested for stealing a car, but he cannot recall the events. The episode also features 17 year old Boyd Christopher, who has the ability to change his appearance whenever he chooses. Shawn and Isabelle grow closer.
